Detail engineering for a plant to produce potassium sulfate and hydrochloric acid from potassium chloride (KCl) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4).
The design of the plant required the engineering of a reinforced concrete building, integrated with steelwork structures, characterized by significant dimensions and subject to significant loads due to the weight and size of the equipment distributed on the various levels. Each piece of equipment required dedicated forometries, made with engineered supports based on the specific plant requirements of each element.
