Proposal Manager
- You have at least a Bachelor or Master degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as proposal processes lead in an international energy field.
- Experience in / affinity with sales processes and affinity/experience with the design, construction and operation of Processing Plants;
- Affinity with multidisciplianary engineering services;
- Familiar with Proposal and Contracting processes, in general;
- As potential new colleague you are a strong communicator, liaising with different stakeholders and have the commercial drive to help making us best in class. You recognize yourself in the following characteristics: accurate, flexible with strong focus on service, able to work with deadlines with strong focus on results and team spirit. You are creative in new commercial and technological solutions, subject to responsibility of project engineering. You are fluent in English both spoken and written and enjoy travelling abroad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure management of commercial bids in order to optimize success in contracts awarding and maximising CS Impianti commercial results.
- Develop the Proposal Plan
- Organise and hold the bid kick-off meeting
- Define the bid cost structure, with the support of the Estimator
- Manage the interfaces with Partners and Client
- Ensure definition of the scope of work of each party involved in the bid
- Analyse Contract requirements and conditions
- Ensure definition of the cost estimates developed by the Estimator
- Approve the cost estimate of internally performed activities developed by the Estimator and based on the evaluations made by the other technical/procurement departments (engineering, procurement, assets management)
- Approve the preliminary project cash flow developed by the Estimator
- Ensure the definition of project organisation, overall project schedule, overall execution plan, overall resource plan
- Ensure the integration of proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies (for Onshore Project)
- Ensure the preparation of Cost Closure Reports
- Ensure the submittal of the Proposal to the Client
- Manage the post-bid clarification phase with the Client
- Lead, if so delegated, negotiations with clients to reach an agreement on the outstanding pricing, commercial, contractual
and technical aspects of the Proposal and in the formalisation of contracts - Prepare the Proposal Close-out Report
Senior piping&layout engineer
Engineer with at least 7 years of experience or graduate with at least 12 years of experience in Piping and Layout Engineering, preferably in Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas plants.
Your main characteristics should be the following:
- Knowledge of all phases/activities of a project and of its technical content (as per previous paragraph “Content of the activity”);
- If required, be able to design through the use of the main 2D graphics software (Autocad, Microstation, etc…) and 3D modelling (PDS, SmartPlant, PDMS, etc…) in a completely autonomous way autonomously. Possibly also develop detailed studies on their own starting directly from the P&IDs;
- Ability to coordinate a group of designers and manage resources in general;
- Estimation of activities (list of documents, etc.) and relative estimation of project times of the project.
- Ability to elaborate in conceptual phase (i.e. with few elements available) and basic engineering onshore/offshore plant layouts and, especially in the case of offshore plants, with little space available
- (platforms, FPSOs etc.);
- Ability to perform highly complex piping layout studies;
- Preparation of supporting documentation and discipline support for handling studies (manoeuvrability and operation);
- Knowledge of issues related to stress analysis and support especially of stress analysis and support issues, particularly in relation to their activities;
- Experience in performing piping material counts;
- Familiarity with the main line class development and management software piping materials (SPC PUMA, Marian, etc);
- Experience in the mechanization of P&ID’s (line class assignment, material finishing, etc.), and subsequent development of line lists;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT tools;
- For the parts for which they are responsible, drawing up specifications for the purchase of equipment, especially skid-mounted equipment (packages etc.);
- For the parts of its competence, drafting of technical opinions for all the equipment and subsequent approval of documentation issued by the various issued by the various suppliers in order to finalise/optimise their detailed engineering of detail;
- Supervision and/or field engineering activities during the assembly and commissioning of the equipment;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Senior process engineer
Chemical engineer with at least 7 years’ experience, or a diploma from a higher technical institute (preferably a chemical) with at least 12 years’ experience in the development of process engineering, preferably in oil and gas plants.
Your main characteristics should be the following:
- Knowledge of all phases/activities of project execution and their technical content. technical content;
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage the resources of the process team assigned to the project;
- Ability to interface with other technical disciplines in an optimal and organic manner;
- Ability to carry out estimation activities (document list etc.), manhours estimation and related timing estimation;
- Knowledge and choice of international codes and standards on the basis of which engineering activities are to be processed,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT tools;
- Knowledge of computer tools for process simulation;
- Proven experience in drawing up specifications, data sheets, calculation reports and anything else related to the development of process activities.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Senior 3d modeller
Diploma from a higher technical institute with at least 8 years’ experience in the development of Piping and Layout Engineering, preferably in Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas plants.
Your main characteristics should be the following:
- Development of piping routing study
- Ability to interpret knowledge of P&ID reading and knowledge of the principles of mechanization of P&IDs;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer tools;
- Knowledge of computer tools for 2D and 3D design;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English.
