March/April 2025: Launch of the new Mechanical Polystyrene Recycling Plant.

C.S. Impianti, always committed to promoting sustainability and innovation, is pleased to announce the launch of the new Mechanical Polystyrene Recycling Plant, developed with other members of the COB Marine Consortium.

The plant, set to become operational in April 2025, provides a state-of-the-art solution for the management and recovery of polystyrene, enabling the processing of large volumes of the material. The facility is designed to transform used polystyrene into secondary raw material, thereby reducing environmental impact and contributing to a more sustainable product lifecycle.

The plant is equipped with the latest recycling technologies, ensuring high efficiency and minimal energy impact. The mechanical recycling process reduces costs and enables the production of recycled polystyrene, ready to be reintroduced into the production cycle, supporting the promotion of a circular economy model.
