Senior Process Engineer
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the process engineering discipline for projects in compliance with specific requirements, collaborating with other disciplines and teams involved in procurement and construction activities.
Specifically, the candidate will be in charge of:
Receiving and analyzing contractual documentation within their area of responsibility
Defining and planning the development approach for process engineering in assigned projects
Producing and reviewing project documentation
Performing calculations, sizing units (including drafting process data sheets and calculation notes), and defining the plant’s functional configuration
Using simulation software (particularly Aspentec Hysys), defining and sizing equipment and lines (both process and utilities)
Developing mass balances, PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
Regularly interfacing with the Discipline Manager and the Project Engineering Managers
Requirements
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Preferably at least 10 years of experience as a process specialist in the Oil & Gas sector, ideally within Engineering/EPC companies
Knowledge of standard software and methodologies related to the discipline
In-depth knowledge of national and international codes and standards relevant to the discipline
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent spoken and written Italian
Willingness to travel for short-term assignments (within Italy and abroad)

Senior Technical Safety Engineer
Within the HSE department, we are looking for a Safety Engineer (preferably with a degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering) with at least 7 years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas facilities.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of technical safety engineering and demonstrates strong technical management and coordination skills within complex and interdisciplinary projects.
Main Responsibilities
Knowledge of all phases/activities of project execution and related technical content
Support and development of safety engineering activities within the project
Technical and managerial coordination of the assigned project team
Functional and technical interface with other project functions, clients, suppliers, and third parties
Planning and estimation of activities, including the definition of technical documentation and execution timelines
Application of main HSE regulations and standards (national and international) for onshore and offshore plants

Senior Piping Designer
The selected candidate, within the Piping department, will be responsible for developing the piping discipline engineering in compliance with specific requirements and in collaboration with other disciplines, as well as procurement and construction services within the project.
Specifically, the candidate will be in charge of:
3D design/modeling of piping systems in petrochemical environments
Technical development, interfacing as needed with suppliers, clients, and internal company stakeholders
Preparation of technical documentation
Review and commenting of P&ID diagrams
Interaction with client and supplier technical office representatives
Requirements:
Experience, even minimal, in plant and/or piping systems design
Knowledge of design software, especially AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Basic knowledge of piping components

Project Engineering Manager
The selected candidate, reporting to the Technical Department, will coordinate multidisciplinary project activities for EPC projects and engineering services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising the activities of the involved disciplines, interfacing with discipline specialists, and ensuring execution in line with contractual, technical, and scheduling requirements
Monitoring the progress of individual departments and ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget
Managing any changes and deviations to optimize timelines and control project costs
Carrying out regular alignment meetings with the Project Manager and promptly reporting any potential budget deviations or changes
Requirements

Stress Analysis
Piping Stress Engineering mainly involves the development of the following activities, carried out with increasing levels of detail from the early feasibility and conceptual design phases up to detailed and construction engineering:
Interface with the Piping & Layout discipline and provide support in defining pipe routing, pipe supports, preparation of the support booklet, and definition of special supports
Preparation of calculation procedures for piping stress analysis
Line routing analysis based on the “line list” project requirements and definition of support types and locations
Selection of critical lines to be analyzed and preparation of the Critical Line List
Piping stress analysis of selected lines under temporary operational, fatigue, and blast conditions
Code-compliance verification of lines, flanges, nozzles, and various vessel/equipment components
These verifications must cover all load conditions, including blast scenarios
Flange leakage verification
Line analysis under temporary transportation conditions, including definition of temporary supports and/or seafastening
Definition of supports required for line maintenance
Specification and definition of special supports, springs, dampers, and related technical documentation
Dynamic analysis of piping systems for various vibration sources such as rotating equipment, internal flow velocity, etc.

Senior Piping & Layout Engineer

Developing project discipline documents, ensuring their completeness and accuracy for the intended purpose, within the required time and budget
Coordinating the activities of discipline specialists and external companies involved in the project
Executing discipline engineering tasks (P&ID mechanization, layout and piping studies, line class assignment, MTO preparation)
Preparing support documentation and developing handling and operability studies
Analyzing and validating technical offers and managing supplier follow-ups
Aligning with the PEM and PM for progress monitoring
Collaborating with the Proposal Department to define project costs during the bidding phase
Performing field engineering and/or supervision activities during equipment installation and commissioning

Project Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our design team. The selected candidate will be involved in the technical coordination of engineering activities, supporting Project Managers in the execution and monitoring of projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
Main Responsibilities
Technical coordination of engineering disciplines involved in the project (process, mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc.)
Planning and control of engineering activities, progress monitoring, and deliverables management
Verification of compliance with contractual specifications, international standards, and client requirements
Support in the management of contracts and suppliers, including preparation of technical documentation
Technical interface between engineering offices, construction sites, and the client throughout all project phases

Project Planner
The selected candidate, within the Project Control department, will be responsible for supporting the Project Control Manager in ensuring compliance with specific requirements, while collaborating with other disciplines as well as the procurement and construction services of the project.
In particular, the role will involve:
Planning and monitoring activities for projects in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically offshore projects;
Managing and verifying the project schedule;
Monitoring, managing, and documenting project progress;
Interfacing and coordinating with Engineering departments and Project Management teams;
Defining the project’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS);
Defining and tracking project schedules, updating S-curves and KPIs;
Analyzing deviations from the baseline and proposing corrective actions;
Preparing weekly and monthly reports in accordance with project specifications;
Supporting project cost control, including verifying financial progress, variance analysis, consistency with the budget, and forecast updates;
Daily use of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
